Oh yeah, I hope it will be affordable enough for me to get at least one of the versions.

I am actually not happy with these figures....the more Joe version has stubby ROC legs, and neither look great in the torso....I know the sarge was never in real life a super bulky guy, but my memories just stem mostly from the toon. Not to mention, this kinda kicks me bad because I picked up 2 of the BNB Slaughters, and had to offer out an arm and a leg for each. But, since I was one of the ones clamoring for a figure of him in the 25th style, ill have to bite the bullet and get at least one.....

But, at least those who did not manage to get a BNB version will have an opportunity at having Slaughter! Hats off to Hasbro for pulling it off!

I was talking with Honestabe the other day, and like he said, the final will probably look alot better than the prototypes.

I hope so. The pics that came out were a let down to me. Even if those are the real pics I'll still try to get him on HTS and pop the head on a Benchpress, especially since the BnB option no longer applies. http://cgi.ebay.com/WWE-Build-N-Brawl-S ... 3a585013de

I think the final versions will probably be at Joecon next month.

I am not into getting every Joe ever produced, and Sgt. Slaughter was never a favorite of mine, so it makes no difference to me, but I am glad for those of you that have been wanting him for so long. I've seen lots of customs done, and it's nice that Hasbro is responding to fan desires.

Well, so far I have not been able to get a Slaughter myself, has anybody else gotten one?

I had a person who was going to grab me one at SDCC, but he had several people wind up asking him. So the other day during SDCC I got a message from him saying that it was a no-go! He wanted to be fair to everyone, so he didn't pick up one for anybody he said. Since there was a limit at the show he wanted to be fair.

Which I respected.

On Monday we had an a.m. appointment, and I was not able to get one on hts this week either. Every time I check they are out of stock!

Oh well! :(
